The Security Service of Ukraine has exposed an FSB agent group that was passing data to the enemy for artillery and drone strikes on Ukrainian military on the right bank of Kherson region.

This was reported by the Security Service of Ukraine.

The cell member, a 65-year-old man, expected the full occupation of the region and collected information about the location of the Ukrainian military to help Russian troops.

The main task of the detainee was to identify warehouses with weapons and ammunition, as well as the base points of the Ukrainian military and UAV units. To do this, he drove around the city in his own car, recording objects that he believed to be military. In addition, he tracked the movement of military equipment and tried to obtain additional information by asking volunteers he knew under the guise of everyday conversations.

The agent passed the collected intelligence to his friend from Skadovsk district. According to the SBU, after the seizure of the community, she cooperated with the FSB and became a resident (senior agent) of the group. She remotely recruited "like-minded people" on the right bank of the Kherson region.

During the search, five smartphones used for communication were seized from the detainee. He was notified of suspicion of high treason committed under martial law and taken into custody. The man faces life imprisonment for this crime. Investigators also plan to serve a notice of suspicion in absentia to his accomplice, who is hiding in the temporarily occupied territory.

This SBU operation helped to neutralize the enemy cell and protect the locations of the Defense Forces from enemy intelligence activities.

Anna Bila-Kyselova, a judge of the Bilozersky District Court in Kherson region, filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court, acting as a court of first instance, demanding that the decisions of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (HQCJ) and the High Council of Justice (HCJ) that dismissed her from office be overturned.

The lawsuit was filed back in May 2025, but the case is still pending. The judge demands that the HQCJ interview held on January 17, 2024, as part of the qualification assessment, be declared illegal, as it allegedly violated Article 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine and led to her unconstitutional removal from office.
