Russians killed a regional administration employee in Kherson

On the morning of July 21, Russian occupiers killed a female employee of the regional military administration in the Central District of Kherson. 

This was reported by Alexander Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

According to Prokudin, at around 7:45 a.m., Russian invaders launched an FPV drone strike on a car in the Central District of Kherson.

The head of the Regional Military Administration noted that the woman sustained fatal injuries as a result of the enemy drone strike.

Prokudin later clarified that a 45-year-old employee of the Kherson Regional State Administration was killed in the strike.

As reported by Intent, the enemy targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential neighborhoods in the region’s towns and villages. Two high-rise buildings, seven private homes, a store, and private vehicles were damaged.

As a result of the Russian aggression, 22 people were injured,including one child.

Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson Municipal Administration,added that trolleybus service in Kherson has been temporarily suspended due to damage to the overhead contact line.

Specialists are currently assessing the extent of the damage to the overhead wire system and carrying out emergency repairs.

According to him, over the past 24 hours, six people were injured on Komkova Street in the Korabelny district of Kherson as a result of attacks by Russian drones. Based on the number of casualties, this street has become the most dangerous location in the Kherson City Territorial Community.

Over the past day, the community has seen a very high level of activity by Russian drones. FPV drones, “Mavic” and “Krylo” reconnaissance UAVs, “Molniya” strike UAVs, and “Lancet” kamikaze drones were detected. There werealso reports of a threat of a ballistic missile strike.
