Russian troops hit 23 houses and gas pipelines in Kherson region

In Kherson region, Russians shelled 44 settlements. A high-rise building, 22 private houses, gas pipelines and cars were damaged. One person was killed and five were wounded, including a child.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

During the day from August 14 to August 15, 2025, 44 settlements of the Kherson region, including Antonivka, Zelenivka, Molodizhne, Chornobaivka, Bilozerka, Kizomys, Beryslav and Kachkarivka, came under attack by Russian drones and artillery.

Residents' fire hit social infrastructure facilities and residential areas, damaging a multi-story building and 22 private homes. Gas pipelines, outbuildings and a private car were destroyed.

The attacks killed one person and injured five others, including a child.

On August 13-14, Russian artillery and drones shelled 40 settlements in the Kherson region. 109 private houses, a gas pipeline, an outbuilding, an ambulance, agricultural machinery and private cars were damaged. Four people were killed and six others were wounded in the shelling.

In the morning, the enemy attacked Molodizhne - a shell hit a residential building. A 16-year-old boy was injured and hospitalized with explosive trauma, shrapnel wounds to his arms and legs and an acute stress reaction. His condition is moderate, and he is under medical supervision.

At about 14:30, Russians shelled Korabelny district of Kherson. A 70-year-old woman died as a result of the attack.

Ukraine also conducted another exchange of prisoners, returning both military and civilians. There are 51 citizens among those released.

Four civilians were killed and nine others, including three police officers, were injured in the shelling in Kherson region. Police opened 17 criminal cases under the article on war crimes.
