Russian shelling kills two people in Kherson region, wounds 14 others

Over the past day, Russian troops shelled localities in Kherson region with artillery, aircraft and drones. The attacks killed two people and injured 14 others.

Kherson, Antonivka, Bilozerka, Komyshany, Stanislav, Beryslav, Dariivka, Kizomys, Novoraysk, Tyahynka and other settlements of the region were under Russian attack. The enemy used artillery, mortars, aircraft and FPV drones. Russian troops were hitting residential areas, critical, transport and social infrastructure.

The enemy shelling damaged an apartment building and 10 private houses, a kindergarten, a bank building, two police cars and 10 civilian cars, a moped, a garage, and a greenhouse. In Zelenivka, the occupants attacked a man riding a moped with an FPV drone. The 61-year-old driver was killed as a result of the attack.

As a result of further attacks, two men aged 35 and 36 were injured. They sustained explosive and craniocerebral injuries, and shrapnel wounds to various parts of their bodies. A car was also damaged. Acar was damaged and a 68-year-old woman was injured as a result of the explosive drop from the drone. She was taken to a hospital with a mine-blast injury, contusion, and a bruised chest.

Russian troops shelled Bilozerka with artillery, killing a 64-year-old local resident. An apartment building, three private houses and a garage were damaged in the village. In the Korabelny district of Kherson, a 60-year-old man was injured in an attack by an FPV drone. He sustained an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to his thigh. His car was damaged.

In addition, the Russian military dropped explosives from a UAV on two cars, which were damaged. In the Korabel neighborhood, a 61-year-old man was injured by an FPV drone strike. He was taken to the hospital with explosive and craniocerebral injuries, concussion, and shrapnel wounds to his neck and legs.

On the bridge, a Kherson resident returning from her neighborhood on foot was injured by an explosive drop from a UAV. The 49-year-old woman sustained blast trauma and shrapnel wounds to her hip. In Dniprovsky district, a 24-year-old man sustained explosive and craniocerebral injuries and contusion as a result of a drone strike.

Subsequent attacks damaged an apartment building and two private houses, two police cars, two civilian cars, and an administrative building that had already been damaged by previous attacks. Russians shelled the central part of the city with artillery. A bank building and two cars were damaged.

The occupation forces struck with guided aerial bombs at the settlements of Beryslav city and Novoraysk communities. The strikes damaged an agricultural enterprise, a kindergarten, a private house, and outbuildings.

Artillery fire damaged a private house in Pryozerne. A car in the village was also damaged by an FPV drone strike. A drone attack damaged a private house and a car in Zorivka, a residential building in Rakivka, and a greenhouse in Posad Pokrovsky.

Enemy troops shelled Antonivka and Stanislav with multiple rocket launchers.

In addition, two men from Kherson and four residents of Komyshany, who had suffered from enemy shelling a day earlier, sought medical assistance.

According to police, 14 civilians were injured. There are children among the injured.
