In Mykolaiv, a "Nova Poshta" civilian terminal was hit by Russian occupiers. No one was injured.
This was reported by Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.
The Mykolaiv Regional State Administration and local authorities have not yet commented on the situation.
As Intent previously reported, gas networks in Ochakiv, Mykolaiv Oblast, were damaged as a result of Russian shelling. As a result, more than 110 residents were temporarily left without gas service.
Specialists are currently working to repair the damage and restore gas service. They promise to provide further updates on the restoration of service.
"Gazmerzhi" reminded residents that if there is no gas in the home, they must shut off the valves in front of gas appliances.
Recently, the Russians also attacked Mykolaiv with “Banderole” drones, targeting energy and industrial infrastructure. A 64-year-old man was killed.
On the afternoon of October 9, the city’s energy and industrial infrastructure facilities came under attack. In addition to the man who died, another woman suffered an acute stress reaction.
The attack damaged a boiler room and a hangar.
Also on October 9, Russian troops attacked the Halytsynivska community with FPV drones. In the village of Lymani, a private home and a retail establishment were damaged. There were no casualties.
Prior to this, the Mykolaiv region had also endured attacks by Russian Shahed and “Molniya” drones. As a result of a strike on the village of Novokyivka, two children —aged three months and one year—were injured.
