Russia attacks Mykolaiv region with FPV: two wounded

Over the past day, Russian troops attacked Mykolaiv region using Shahed 131/136 attack drones and FPV drones.

This was reported by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim.

According to him, during the day and night, air defense forces were working on enemy drones over the territory of the region. In the Kutsurubska community, the building of a non-operational educational institution was damaged as a result of hostile activity and falling debris. There were no casualties.

The Kutsurubska and Halytsynivska communities of Mykolaiv district also came under attack from FPV drones. In total, the enemy attacked these territories at least five times.

As a result of one of the attacks in Halytsynivka community, two men aged 51 and 82 were injured. The younger victim was hospitalized, his condition is currently assessed as moderate, without deterioration. The 82-year-old man is undergoing outpatient treatment.

In addition, a car was damaged as a result of the attack.

Recently, in Mykolaiv district of Mykolaiv region, Russian occupants directed an FPV at a civilian car.

A Russian drone also attacked a transport infrastructure facility in Snihurivka. No one was injured in the attack.

On the morning of May 3, Russian troops launched a ballistic missile attack on Mykolaiv. Five people were hospitalized as a result of the attack - three men and two women. There was damage to private homes.

In addition, Mykolaiv region was again attacked by enemy drones of theShahed type. The main target of the enemy was the energy infrastructure of the region.

The attacks resulted in power outages in some settlements. Restoration works are underway and power engineers are working to restore power as soon as possible.

As a reminder, as a result of the latest hostile strikes, a new regime of power outages was introduced in Mykolaiv district of Mykolaiv region due to limited grid capacity.
