Rocket attack on a restaurant in Mykolaiv: rescuers show the consequences

A woman was killed and 16 people were injured with varying degrees of severity as a result of a rocket attack on Mykolaiv.

According to the press service of the Mykolaiv Oblast State Emergency Service, the enemy attack took place at night, on October 15, around 02:30. According to preliminary data, the attack was carried out with S-300 missiles.

In one of the city's districts, an infrastructure facility, private houses and cars were seriously damaged. Fires broke out on areas of 30 and 400 square meters, which were quickly extinguished by firefighters.

In another part of the city, a restaurant complex and trade pavilions were damaged, where the fire covered an area of 1400 square meters. The fire was also extinguished by the SES.

A total of 77 firefighters and 14 pieces of equipment were at the scene to eliminate the consequences of the attack.

Update at 12.00: The number of victims of the Russian missile attack on Mykolaiv has increased to 23. People continue to go to medical institutions, according to the regional administration.<span> </span><span> </span>

According to the head of Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim, on the night of October 15, air defense forces and means in Mykolaiv region destroyed three Shahed-136/131 UAVs.

In addition, on October 14, at 10:50 a.m., the enemy attacked the Kutsurub community with FPV drones. There were no casualties.

Also yesterday, on October 14, at 11:30, the enemy fired artillery at the village of Lymani of the Halytsynivka community. As a result, a private house, an outbuilding and agricultural machinery were damaged. There were no casualties.

On the night of October 8, in Mykolaiv region, air defense forces once again shot down attack drones sent by Russians across Ukraine. The defenders of the sky successfully destroyed three Shahed 131/136 drones.

Previously, on the night of October 7, air defense forces and means destroyed one Shahed-136/131 UAV.
