Odesa Under Attack: Russian Drones Ignite Fires Amid Air Alerts

On the night of March 13, Russian occupation forces once again attacked the Odesa region with kamikaze drones from the Black Sea.

According to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, a private garage in Odesa district caught fire as a result of the attack. The fire was quickly extinguished by the State Emergency Service.

Also, in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, dry grass and the building of a former medical facility caught fire due to the fall of enemy drone fragments. Rescuers quickly extinguished the fire.

According to the official, no one was killed or injured in the attack.

From the evening of March 12 to March 13, an air alert was announced three times in the Odesa region due to the threat of enemy attack drones from the Black Sea.

Intent has already written that a ballistic missile fired by the Russians at Odesa on the evening of March 11 damaged the Barbados-flagged MJ Pina and killed four Syrian citizens. The youngest victim was 18, the oldest was 24. Two more people were injured - a Ukrainian and a Syrian. They are being provided with the necessary assistance. At the time of the attack, the vessel was loading wheat for export to Algeria. Another vessel, berths and grain storage facilities were also damaged.

The night before, an air attack on Odesa by Russian forces on the night of March 11 resulted in the burning of a children's toy warehouse, a residential building, and a fuel tank. The area of the fires in the city amounted to 2,780 square meters.

On the night of March 11, 2025 (from 19.00 on March 10), the enemy attacked with an Iskander-M ballistic missile and 126 Shahed-type attack UAVs and various types of imitation drones.
