<span><span><span><span><span><span>The company offers the option to enter into a debt restructuring agreement. Funds are also collected through court-ordered enforcement. In July, there were 375 such court rulings totaling over 5.77 million hryvnias. The State Enforcement Service collected over 2.5 million hryvnias this month.</span></span></span></span></span></span>
<span><span><span><span><span><span>Since the beginning of 2026, 1,278 court rulings have been issued totaling over 19.23 million hryvnias. The State Enforcement Service has collected over 15.7 million hryvnias.</span></span></span></span></span></span>
Previously,<span><span><span><span><span><span>the Mykolaiv region ranked among the top three regions for utility debt. Over the past </span></span></span></span></span></span>six months, 12,841 enforcement proceedings were initiated<span><span><span><span><span><span>here </span></span></span></span></span></span>, accounting for about 12% of all new cases in Ukraine. Only the Kharkiv region recorded more new debtors—22,171 cases—and the Dnipropetrovsk region—19,636.
Earlier, the Mykolaiv municipal utility“Mykolaivvodokanal” announced a tender to procure the services of a debt collection agency to handle debtors for water supply and wastewater services. The estimated cost of the procurement is 1.24 million hryvnias.
Previously,<span><span><span><span><span><span> the Mykolaiv Maternity Hospital had accumulated millions in debts for </span></span></span></span></span></span>unpaid wages and medical supplies. The final mechanism for repaying these debts is still under discussion.
