The property of a bankrupt poultry farm in Bashtanka, Mykolaiv region, has gone under the hammer. As a result of the auction, an entrepreneur from Donetsk Oblast, Oleksandr Fomenko, became the new owner of the assets.

This was reported on the electronic platform of online auctions Prozorro.Sale.

Thestarting price of the lot was UAH 2.18 million. Two bidders took part in the auction: a private entrepreneur from Pokrovsky district of Donetsk region, Oleksandr Fomenko, and Safe Product Limited Liability Company.

The auction was held in a three-round English bidding format, which allows bidders to raise their bids in stages. Interestingly, both participants kept their initial price offers unchanged throughout the rounds.

Safe Product LLC was the first to apply for participation, offering UAH 2.21 million on April 11, 2025. Oleksandr Fomenko registered his offer on April 12, raising the bid to UAH 2.25 million, which automatically made him the leader of the auction.

Throughout the three rounds, none of the bidders changed their initial offer. Thus, Fomenko became the winner, offering the highest price of UAH 2,250,000.

The lot included two real estate objects of Bashtanka Poultry Farm LLC. In particular, a building for keeping animals and preparing feed, a hatchery, an administrative building, a car garage, a sanitary checkpoint and other facilities. The total area of the facilities is over 1300 square meters. The sale also included a land plot.

According to the youcontrol analytical system, Oleksandr Fomenko is a registered individual entrepreneur from Pokrovsky district of Donetsk region. His business activity officially started on June 1, 2022. The main type of activity is road freight transport, for which more than 83 thousand entities are registered in Ukraine.

In addition to the main business, Fomenko also has permission to carry out other activities, including the provision of services for the transportation of things (moving), auxiliary services for land transport, as well as non-specialized wholesale trade.

Earlier, Intent wrote that two electronic auctions for the sale of seized agricultural land failed in Odesa region - no bidders registered for the auction.

Meanwhile, in early April, the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) managed to find a buyer for more than 136 tons of fertilizers stored in the port of Izmail in Odesa region for the third time.
