Bashtanka Poultry Farm Property Auctioned for ₴2.18M in Mykolaiv Region

The property of a bankrupt was put up for auction in Mykolaiv region for more than UAH 2 million. It is the property of Bashtanka Poultry Farm LLC.

The relevant announcement was published in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The total starting price of the sale is UAH 2 million 179 thousand. The auction is scheduled for April 14, 2025, in the format of a three-round English auction, during which participants will compete for the lot by raising their bids. Applications for participation are accepted until April 13, 2025.

Two properties in Bashtanka are up for sale. The first property is a building for keeping animals and preparing feed. The total area is 1369.7 square meters and includes an administrative building, a hatchery, a car garage, a sanitary checkpoint and other facilities. The land plot is also part of the lot.

The second object is a poultry house located on the same street with a total area of 1409.3 square meters. The land plot on which the property is located has an area of 0.5802 hectares and is intended for other agricultural use.

Also put up for auction are a set of equipment for keeping laying hens with a lighting and ventilation system "TECHNA", as well as two trucks ZIL 4331 and ZIL 431412, which are in a disassembled state.

The description states that the seller has the right to use the proceeds from the sale of the property to satisfy creditors' claims on the obligations.

Recently, Ukraine put up for sale bank buildings in the temporarily occupied Henichesk and Nova Kakhovka in Kherson region. The lots were put up by PJSC Prominvestbank, and the auction is scheduled for April 1, 2025.

ARMA has also put up for sale seven trucks made by Scania, Volvo, MAN, and Mercedes-Benz.

In addition, the Dobroslav Department of the State Enforcement Service in Odesa District of Odesa Region of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice has put up for sale the seized land plot for the second time.
