One person was killed and six were injured in Kherson when a Russian drone struck a minibus

<span><span><span><span><span><span>At around 7 a.m. on July 8, the Russians attacked a minibus in the Korabelny district of Kherson with a drone. A 72-year-old woman from Kherson was killed, and six other people were injured.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Among the victims were a 47-year-old woman and men aged 49, 57, 55, and 46. The woman suffered a concussion, blast injury, and a closed head injury. The bus driver suffered a concussion. The vehicle sustained significant damage. All the victims were taken to the hospital. </span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Two men, aged 60 and 57, were injured in a morning attack by a Russian drone on a car in the Korabelny district. One of the injured was taken to the hospital. The other man was diagnosed with blast injury and acoustic trauma. He received medical care and was released for outpatient treatment. </span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>In total, over the past 24 hours, five settlements in the Kherson region were hit by artillery and drone strikes. As a result of the shelling, 14 people were injured. Private homes, high-rise buildings, and civilian vehicles were damaged.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>The day before, two people were killed and 30 were wounded in Russian attacks in the Kherson region. Among the wounded were two children. Critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential neighborhoods, were damaged by the Russian strikes. Specifically, 8 high-rise buildings and 83 private homes were damaged, as well as an administrative building, a bank, a store, a cultural center, a shopping and entertainment center, a gas pipeline, a utility building, and an ambulance. The occupiers also damaged a private garage and several cars.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Earlier, the Russians attacked one of Europe’s largest poultry farms in the Kherson region. A massive fire broke out at the site of the shelling. The production complex sustained significant damage. There were no casualties. The company’s losses are estimated at hundreds of millions of dollars.</span></span></span></span></span></span>
