About 40 settlements in the Kherson region have come under enemy attack

Over the past 24 hours, 37 settlements in the Kherson region came under attack from enemy drones and artillery. Six people were injured as a result of the shelling.

This was reported by the Kherson Regional State Administration.

According to the administration, the following settlements were subjected to enemy drone attacks and artillery shelling:

Antonivka, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Shyroka Balka, Sofiivka, Bilozerka, Kizomys, Beryslav, Bruskinske, Dar’ivka, Dniprovske, Dudchany, Zelenivka, Zymivnyk, Zolota Balka, Kachkarivka, Tomaryne, Urozhayne, Chaichyne, Chervonyi Mayak, Shevchenkivka, Shlyakhove, Komyshany, Lvove, Mykolaivka, Mykilsk, Milove, Novoberyslav, Novokayri, Novooleksandrivka, Olgivka, Rakivka, Sablukivka, Sadove, Tarasa Shevchenka, Burgunka, Gavrylivka, and the city of Kherson.

Russian forces struck critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential neighborhoods in the region’s settlements.
As a result of the strikes, three high-rise buildings and six private homes were damaged.

The occupiers also damaged residents’ private vehicles.

According to the Regional Military Administration, six people were injured as a result of the Russian aggression.

Russian troops shell Kherson and the region daily, targeting civilian infrastructure. Public transportation, residential buildings, hospitals, schools, and markets are regularly caught in the crossfire.

The day before, the enemy struck one of Europe’s largest poultry farms in the Kherson region, causing a massive fire and significant destruction. The damage to the facility is estimated at hundreds of millions of dollars.

Earlier,Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, appealed to the International Committee of the Red Cross, calling on it to urge Russia to implement a “ceasefire” on July 3 to allow for the humanitarian evacuation of civilians from the temporarily occupied townof Oleshkyand other settlements in the Kherson region.
