Over the past day, Russian troops shelled civilian infrastructure in Kherson and Beryslav districts with artillery, multiple rocket launchers, and unmanned aerial vehicles of various types.
According to the National Police press service, the shelling damaged four apartment buildings and 12 private houses, critical infrastructure, 14 cars, and a garage.
In Bilozerka, the occupiers dropped explosives from a UAV on a cyclist. As a result, the 44-year-old man sustained a mine-blast injury and multiple shrapnel wounds to his legs. Attacks by FPV drones caused damage to seven private houses in Shevchenkivka, Komyshany, Antonivka, Zorivka, Novovorontsovka and Novoraysk.
Komyshany also suffered from enemy shelling. Two more private houses and a car were damaged in the village. In Ukrayinka, the Russian military sent an attack drone at a residential building, which was damaged.
In Kreschenivka, a school building was attacked with an attack UAV, causing a fire. The school had already been damaged in previous attacks. Russian proxies shelled Sadove, Sofiyivka and Novodmitrivka with multiple rocket launchers. In the morning, Russians attacked a civilian car with an FPV drone in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson, killing a 53-year-old man. The vehicle was destroyed.
Later, an FPV drone attacked a parking lot, damaging 10 cars. Another attack damaged an apartment building. Residential areas were also shelled with artillery, and another apartment building was damaged. At night, an apartment building was damaged in the Tavriyskiy neighborhood as a result of an attack by a UAV.
Korabel residential area was under artillery fire and FPV drone attacks, two apartment buildings were damaged. In the Shumensky neighborhood, a garage was damaged by an FPV drone strike. Russian troops also fired artillery at residential areas, and a private house was damaged.
In addition, two residents of Kherson, a man from Bilozerka and a woman from Komyshany, needed medical assistance. All of them were injured as a result of enemy shelling a day earlier. They were diagnosed with explosive and craniocerebral injuries, contusions, and facial wounds. In total, over the past day, police responded to 350 statements and reports from citizens about criminal offenses and other incidents. Fourteen proceedings were opened over war crimes under the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
