The Ivanivskyi District Court of Odesa Region recognized the plea agreement on declaring false information concluded by Petro Myronets, a deputy of the Konoplyansky village council of Berezovsky district, with the prosecutor.

According to the court' s verdict, the agreement was that the deputy pleaded guilty and received the lightest punishment provided for in paragraph 2 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - 150 hours of community service.

The deputy was also deprived of the right to hold positions related to the implementation of organizational, administrative and economic functions in local government for a period of one year.

In addition, the article provides for a fine of four thousand to five thousand tax-free minimum incomes, or restraint of liberty for up to two years, or imprisonment for the same term.

When filling out the declaration for 2022, the MP failed to indicate a number of real estate objects:

Thecourt took into account that the defendant had made a charitable contribution to the Army of Drones project in the total amount of UAH 70 thousand, which is slightly more than the minimum fine provided for this offense.
