Missile strikes and drone attacks by the Russians are causing damage to houses, shops and other real estate in Odesa, which cannot but affect prices and demand in this area.

Therefore, we decided to dedicate the Intent.Insight live webcast on April 29 to the real estate market in Odesa and Ukraine and the impact of the war on it.

How have military, economic and political events affected the real estate market recently? Is it profitable to invest in new buildings now? These and other questions about the real estate market in Odesa and Ukraine will be discussed on the air of Intent. Insight talked to Yuriy Motuz, Director of ZEZMAN Holding, a development company of Odesa Agglomeration.

Every week, Intent.Insight looks at one issue that worries Ukrainians and raises topical questions and tries to solve specific problems.

On April 8, the world celebrates the International Roma Day, a holiday that aims to draw attention to the culture, history and problems of the Roma people, so this week's episode was dedicated to the problems of the Roma in Odesa region.

On April 1, Valeriy Bolgan talked to Ivan Stulnyk, a logistician at the emergency response department of the NGO "Tenth of April", about the problems of internally displaced persons.

The previous live broadcast on March 25 was devoted to the topic of vocational training in Odesa region, and on March 18 they discussed transport problems in Odesa and the launch of the MISTO digital platform.
