The Department of Communal Property of the Odesa City Council filed a lawsuit with the Commercial Court of Odesa Region against individual entrepreneur Inna Mrochko.

According to Most, citing a court ruling, officials are asking the court to terminate the lease agreement for the basement at 45 Bazarna Street, which the entrepreneur has been renting since April 2019, when she still had her maiden name.

According to the publication, she pays the city council 2,369 hryvnias for the 141.5-square-meter basement. According to the documents, it is used as a workshop for the provision of household services.

Inna Mrochko is the same businesswoman who appeared in the declaration of the now former head of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko in 2023. It was in his declaration for 2023 that his wife's property appeared, which was not in the previous ones, as well as his wife's:

Inna Mrochko's family car is a 2018 Lexus RX 450h. Also in 2023, he indicated his wife's income and savings, which were not in the declaration for 2022.

In April 2025, the President of Ukraine dismissed Roman Mrochko from the post of head of the Kherson City Military Administration, which he had headed since March 2023. Prior to that, Mrochko had many years of experience in the military prosecutor's office and the Armed Forces. In August 2022, he voluntarily joined the Armed Forces, and in February of the same year, after the start of the full-scale invasion, he headed the internal investigation team at the Vinnytsia Zonal Department of the Military Law Enforcement Service.
