The Executive Committee of the Odesa City Council met in an extraordinary session to consider 14 issues, 13 of which relate to proposals to the city military administration to approve new charters for municipal enterprises and increase their authorized capital.

This was reported by the press service of the Odesa City Council.

In addition to the consideration of the charter, the agenda includes two more issues related to changes in the electric transport development program in Odesa for 2022-2028 and the improvement program. In general, this is a meeting that was postponed from June 5. At that time, Odesa's acting mayor, Ihor Koval, explained that the issue of changing the authorized capital was important because the city council was currently preparing to process a loan.

To this end, an extraordinary meeting of the city council is scheduled for June 9. On June 5, the members of the executive committee were not in a hurry to work on these issues, so the meeting was postponed.
