In the first months of 2026, the municipal enterprise Miskzelentrest announced procurement worth tens of millions of hryvnias. Most of the money was spent on fuel, utilities, landscaping and maintenance of the city's infrastructure.

Intent analyzed the largest procurements of the department through the Zakupivli.pro platform. It is worth noting that the analysis is based on the expected value of procurement, as the initial price may decrease during auctions.

In January, Miskzelentrest actually started with the costs of its daily operations. The most expensive procurement of the month was the supply of drinking water - almost UAH 5 million. Separately, the company allocated over UAH 979 thousand for electricity distribution and over UAH 914 thousand for the transportation of employees by city electric transport.

Some of the expenses were for digital services, including the YouControl system, and the installation of water purification systems. As a result, in February, the company's expenses exceeded UAH 9 million.

March was one of the most expensive months for the company. It was then that the utility company again purchased gasoline and diesel fuel for more than UAH 4.1 million. In addition, the company spent over UAH 584 thousand on car insurance and over UAH 322 thousand on components for the repair of machinery and equipment.

It was during this period that the company began to actively invest in the preparation of parks, squares and green areas of Odesa for the spring and summer season.

The company planned to spend almost UAH 920 thousand on repairing the landscaping and playground in Istanbul Park. Another 574 thousand hryvnias were allocated for similar works in the Greek Park. Separately, more than UAH 87 thousand was allocated to repair the decorative elements of the rotunda on Krymsky Boulevard and more than UAH 84 thousand to restore the rotunda in the City Garden on Deribasovskaya Street.
