Intent analyzed the largest procurements of the department through the Zakupivli.pro platform. It is worth noting that the analysis is based on the expected cost of procurement, as the initial price may decrease during auctions.

In addition, the company purchased car batteries, vehicle inspection, AdBlue, glass, cartridges, security services and other goods to support its daily operations. The total volume of February procurement exceeded UAH 80.8 million.

In March, the company announced procurement for the maintenance of the road network in different districts of Odesa. The cost of pothole repair in Kyiv and Prymorsky districts alone was estimated at more than UAH 16.4 million.

Almost UAH 8.7 million was also allocated for the repair and maintenance of equipment. Significant sums were allocated for asphalt mixtures and bitumen emulsion - more than UAH 8.7 million, as well as for the purchase of diesel fuel and gasoline worth more than UAH 5.7 million.

A separate area was the purchase of workwear for employees and car insurance. In total, the company made purchases worth UAH 60.5 million in March.

In April, fuel procurement remained a priority. In just one week, Municipal Enterprise "City Roads" announced a number of diesel fuel purchases for different volumes, the total cost of which exceeded UAH 15 million. Additionally, more than UAH 2.18 million worth of A-95 gasoline was purchased.

The funds were also used to repair vehicles, purchase glass, heat supply and software. April's purchases totaled over UAH 28.3 million.

In May, procurements included logbooks, anti-virus software and grates for repairing stormwater drains. The cost of these purchases was over UAH 42 thousand.

In total, from January to May 2026, the volume of procurement and announced tenders by Municipal Enterprise "City Roads" amounted to more than UAH 183 million.
