(dream.gov.ua)

The Chornobaevska community plans to build a trade center in the village of Posad Pokrovske. Producers from the Kherson region will sell agricultural products there.

This project is presented in the DREAM system.

The plan is to create comfortable and modern conditions for trade, as well as to develop economic cooperation in the region.

The town will cover an area of 7 hectares.

"This territory is intended to create a platform for the sale of agricultural products with the arrangement of trading places, premises, cold rooms with the necessary communications (water supply, sewage, electricity, Internet)," the system's website reports.

This project is intended to create conditions for investment in public-private partnerships to increase agricultural production in the region by 20-25%.

Funding is currently being sought for the project. The estimated cost of construction is three hundred million hryvnias.

As of 2025, the restoration of Posad-Pokrovske is the most expensive frontline construction in the country.

In the Kherson region, the reconstruction of a village destroyed by Russian aggression is also underway . This time, the Reconstruction Service has allocated more than UAH 94 million for the construction of new houses.

They plan to build a new outpatient clinic. More than 15 million have been allocated for this purpose, and the construction is to be completed by the end of 2026.

In Kherson, they want to restore a multi-story building destroyed by shelling, but they still lack funds.

The Service for Infrastructure Restoration and Development in Kherson Oblast began the year with significant expenditures on major repairs to residential buildings damaged by shelling and road repairs.
