A new outpatient clinic is to be built in Kherson Oblast. More than UAH 15 million has been allocated for this purpose, and the construction is to be completed by the end of 2026.

This is evidenced by public procurement data from Prozorro.

The Department of Territorial Development of the Kherson Regional State Administration has announced a tender for the construction of a new general practice outpatient clinic in the village of Davydiv Brid, in the Beryslav district of Kherson region.

The project involves the new construction of a medical facility, taking into account the adjustment of technical documentation. The expected cost of the works is UAH 15 million 309 thousand 303 including VAT. The works are scheduled to be completed by December 25, 2026.

Bids will be accepted until April 23, and the auction is scheduled for the next day. Bidders must secure their bids in the amount of UAH 76,546. This is the same minimum price reduction step during the auction.

The contractor will receive a 30% advance payment after signing the contract. Within three months, these funds must be used to perform the work. If the contractor fails to confirm the use of the advance payment, the funds must be returned to the contracting authority within three banking days. The remaining amount will be paid upon completion of the work. Payment will be made only if budget funding is available.

The tender documentation also contains a list of construction works and materials to be used, from finishing to engineering systems. The outpatient clinic is to be equipped with doctors' offices, a treatment room and a vaccination room. It is also planned to install solar panels to cover energy consumption and a rainwater collection system for technical needs.

In the Kherson region, the comprehensive reconstruction of Posad-Pokrovske, which was almost completely destroyed by the Russian army, continues. In early October last year, the first tenders were announced for the restoration of housing in the village. The Reconstruction Agency announced two tenders for the construction of 13 residential buildings in Posad Pokrovsky, Kherson Oblast.
