National Bank of Ukraine Auctions Odesa Property Complex of 25,659.9 m²

The National Bank of Ukraine has put up for auction an integral property complex located in Odesa at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road, with a total area of 25,659.9 square meters.

The integral property complex is represented by a group of non-residential buildings and structures for warehouse and administrative purposes, located approximately 16 kilometers from the center of Odesa, in the Kulindorivskyi industrial hub zone in the Peresypskyi district of the city, at a distance of 0.5 km from Starokyivska road (section of the international highway M-14 "Odesa - Melitopol - Novoazovsk"). The sale is based on the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine on the alienation and in accordance with the rules of ProZorro.Sale electronic trading system for conducting electronic auctions for the sale or lease of property.

The lot does not include movable property that ensures the operation of refrigerators.

All costs associated with the conclusion and notarization of the property sale and purchase agreement shall be borne by the successful bidder.

It should be noted that the new announcement states that this is the first time the lot is being put up for auction, but the National Bank has tried to sell this property twice before. The second auction was scheduled for February 14, but there were no bidders. The previous auction, which was scheduled for December 5, did not take place due to the lack of bidders.
