JSC Mykolaivoblenergo plans to lease land plots in different districts of the city to maintain transformer substations. This will allow the company to ensure stable power supply and maintenance of energy infrastructure facilities.

The relevant draft decision was considered by the standing committee of the Mykolaiv City Council on environmental issues.

"The Mykolaiv City Council should consider the transfer of five land plots for long-term lease to the joint-stock company Mykolaivoblenergo." The relevant decision may be made after consideration of the permit case, the company's appeals and recommendations of the Standing Committee on Environmental Issues.

In particular, the company can lease a 12-square-meter plot in the city's Zavodskyi district. The land has a designated purpose - placement, construction and operation of power transmission facilities. Transformer substation No. 1333 is located here.

The city council also plans to extend the lease terms for four more land plots for Mukolaivoblenergo:

According to the draft decision, the transfer of the plots is formalized for a period of 49 years, which will allow JSC Mykolaivoblenergo to ensure the stable operation of power supply networks in several districts of the city.

At the next session of the Mykolaiv City Council, the deputies plan to consider several issues, including the termination of the Mykolaiv Municipal Academic College, an appeal to the Verkhovna Rada with proposals to the draft law on the network of lyceums, and the write-off of property on the balance sheet of the Department of Culture and Cultural Heritage Protection.
