This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Dream ecosystem.

It is planned to build an Administrative Service Center in the village of Halytsynove to facilitate access for citizens and businesses, as well as high-quality, fast and convenient administrative services in the Halytsynivska territorial community.

The ASC building is located in the center of Halytsynove village on Tsentralna Street, directly next to the two-story administrative building of the Halytsynove Village Council. The ASC site has good transportation and pedestrian accessibility.

The Center's concept envisages the creation of a single reception for customers to receive most administrative services, i.e., the unification of the largest possible number of public administration bodies (units) that previously separately (independently) contacted citizens and business entities. The Center's premises are divided into open and closed parts.

The total estimated budget of the project is UAH 32 million 863 thousand 382. Other capital expenditures are UAH 6 million 740 thousand 54, Construction is UAH 21 million 126 thousand 238, and Equipment purchase/depreciation is UAH 4 million 997 thousand 90. The project is currently in the implementation status and requires funding.

The construction of a modular Administrative Service Center has also been underway in Bashtanka for more than two years. During this time, the project estimate has been revised several times, and now its cost has increased by almost half a million hryvnias. In addition, the construction of an ASCinVoznesensk is planned, for which more than UAH 25 million is planned to be allocated.

And in Mykolaiv, the construction of the Administrative Service Center costs more than UAH 9 million. The work is being carried out by a company that regularly receives orders from local authorities, and the contract with it has been extended for another year.
