The agenda includes 74 issues, including four blocks related to guardianship. At the meeting, the deputies plan to approve the schedule of meetings of the executive committee of the Mykolaiv City Council for the second half of 2025. They are also to grant permission to the municipal enterprise "Directorate of the Single Customer "Pilot" to acquire non-residential premises in the administrative building at 33 A Ozerna Street into communal ownership.

In addition, it provides for the establishment of a commission to accept property from state to municipal ownership. It is also planned to consider the dismantling of temporary structures.

Other issues include approving the procedure for paying compensation for preferential travel to certain categories of citizens, as well as providing financial assistance to foster caregivers at the expense of the city budget.

These funds were allocated as part of the Housing and Utilities Reform and Development Program for 2025-2029.

In addition, the city deputies supported personnel changes in the executive committee - Yuriy Kormyshkin, who submitted his resignation, was removed from the committee.
