The meeting of the executive committee of Mykolaiv City Council is scheduled to begin on May 25, 2025 at 10:00 am. During the meeting, the members of the executive committee will consider issues related to international assistance, video surveillance and the budget.

This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv City Council.

There are 101 issues on the agenda, including 4 blocks of guardianship issues.

Among the issues to be considered by the members of the executive committee is the second phase of international assistance, which includes bulletproof vests, helmets, laptops, generators, tools, and more. In addition, they will have to approve the regulations of the video surveillance system "Safe City of Mykolaiv," the network of bus routes, and the organization of passenger transportation from the Namyr district to the railway station.

The executive committee should also consider redistributing the expenditures of the Department of Housing and Communal Services. It is about reducing expenditures for the restoration of housing damaged as a result of armed aggression in favor of road maintenance.

In addition, in order to quickly eliminate the consequences of emergencies and carry out large-scale emergency recovery work that requires a large number of people and equipment, it was decided to create a territorial civil defense unit.

At a previous meeting, the executive committee of Mykolaiv City Council decided to transfer UAH 1.5 million from the terrorism defense program to mobilization. The funds will be used to purchase materials and pay for services under the city's security program.

Recently, the issue of salary arrears in medical institutions subordinate to the city was raised again at a meeting of the relevant committee of Mykolaiv City Council. The head of the department called on the deputies to provide specific names of employees who had not received their salaries in order to look into each case individually.

At the next session of Mykolaiv City Council, the deputies will consider budget, land and personnel issues. The key topics include the future of the Kazkaculturalcomplex, the installation of solar power plants and the update of the city's development program.
