In Mykolaiv, heat tariffs will change in early March. At the same time, tariffs for consumers during martial law remain at the level before the full-scale invasion.

This is evidenced by the decision of the Executive Committee of the Mykolaiv City Council.

Starting from March 1, 2025, the city will change its heat supply tariffs, taking into account the request of Zarya Mining and Processing Plant Mashproekt and the provisions of the current legislation.

According to the new tariffs, the price of heat energy for households will be UAH 3467.46 per Gcal (including VAT), for budgetary institutions - UAH 5433.00 per Gcal, and for other consumers - UAH 5437.98 per Gcal. In particular, these tariffs include different components: heat production, transportation and supply of energy.

According to the law, tariffs for end users for the period of martial law remain at the level that was in effect before its introduction, i.e. UAH 2139.66 per Gcal for households. This rule will remain in effect until the end of martial law and for another six months after its lifting.

The previous decision of October 23, 2024, concerning the old tariffs was also canceled. JSC NPKG Zorya-Mashproekt is to notify consumers of the new tariffs.

Recently, new tariffs for public transportation were introduced in Mykolaiv. In particular, the prices of travel tickets for different categories of passengers have changed. For those who buy a one-time ticket from the driver, the cost will be UAH 10. A one-day tram or trolleybus ticket purchased via QR code will cost UAH 25. There are also discounts: tickets purchased via QR code or at kiosks will cost UAH 8, and the price for students will be only UAH 5.

In addition, preferential electricity tariffs have been introduced for four communities in Mykolaiv Oblast for residents who do not use gas and district heating. New tariffs for paid social services of the city's territorial center were also set in the city. The updated list of services includes assistance with care, delivery of goods, cleaning and medical support.

Last December, Mykolaiv approved new tariffs for household waste removal. Depending on the type of consumer, tariffs will increase by up to 15%. Utilities recalculated tariffs to reflect the changes and purchased new vehicles to ensure cleanliness in the city.
