Mykolaiv National Guardsmen were presented with awards and valuable gifts from the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration and the Regional Council.

On Wednesday, September 4, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaliy Kim, visited the National Guard of Ukraine. Together with the unit' s commander, Serhiy Vakulenko, he presented awards and gifts to the servicemen who are currently defending Ukraine.
Vitaly Kim expressed his gratitude for their dedication and efficiency in the fight for the country, emphasizing the importance of personal example.
I believe that only a personal example can show how to fight for your land, your native country. You have done it. Thank you for your performance," said the head of the DIA.
Serhiy Vakulenko also thanked the soldiers for their professionalism and endurance, noting the severity of the tests they had undergone.
The servicemen were awarded the honorary insignia of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Command "St. Nicholas the Wonderworker" and the Mykolaiv Regional Council "St. Nicholas Cross", as well as certificates and honorary gifts from the Mykolaiv Regional Military Command and the Mykolaiv Regional Council.
In honor of Aviation Day, Mykolaiv honored those who defended the city from the Russian occupation army and continue to repel the enemy's invasion. This time, Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych presented first-class awards "For the Defense of Mykolaiv" to the soldiers of the 10th Naval Aviation Brigade named after the Hero of Ukraine Colonel Ihor Bedzai.
Also on August 30, the head of Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim presented posthumous state awards to relatives of the fallen defenders of Ukraine. The awards were granted in accordance with the decrees of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
In addition, on Independence Day, servicemen of the Navy Training Center received awards"For the Defense of Mykolaiv". The mayor handed over gratitude and certificates of appreciation for the center's servicemen. They will be presented to the defenders at the upcoming ceremonial events.
Earlier, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi awarded marines for courage and bravery on the battlefield. The 36th Separate Marine Brigade named after Rear Admiral Mykhailo Bilynskyi is an important part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' marines.
