The Prymorskyi District Court of Odesa found a resident of Odesa guilty of manufacturing and distributing communist and Nazi symbols and propaganda of communist and national socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regimes.

As stated in the court' s verdict, the woman was sentenced to a two-year restriction of liberty without confiscation of property.

She was also charged with procedural costs in the amount of UAH 24,611 in favor of the state. Prosecutors proved that on the Odnoklassniki social network, she posted "Glory to the Soviet police," celebrated the "holiday of victory over Japan" and expressed her regret over the attack on Crocus City in Moscow. In addition, she joined a flash mob calling President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy a murderer and a murderer.

She also supported and justified Russian aggression.

Earlier, a former deputy of the Odesa City Council from the pro-Russian Rodina party was notified of being suspected of high treason and war propaganda. The prosecutor's office did not name the accused, but judging by the published photos, it is a former Odesa deputy Igor Dimitriev.

The prosecutor's office has submitted to the court an indictment against Inessa, the wife of former MP from Odesa, Igor Markov. She was accused of high treason. The accused's property, including elite residential real estate and a land plot in Odesa, has already been seized and transferred to the management of the ARMA.

Meanwhile, the Security Service has collected new evidence of the guilt of former MP Ihor Markov, who assisted Russia in waging an aggressive war against Ukraine.

Earlier, in June 2022, law enforcement officers served Markov with a notice of suspicion of collaboration.
