The project was developed in collaboration with French architect Martin Maurice Henri Duplantier. The concept, created between September and November 2023, did not involve the use of budget funds. The memorandum signed between Mykolaiv City Council and the French architect laid the groundwork for the implementation of European urban principles.

It is planned to restore roads, pedestrian areas and alleys using modern materials. Additional entrances and exits will be created for better accessibility, andlighting and water supply systems will be updated toensure a comfortable stay in the park regardless of the time of arrival.

In addition, new trees, shrubs and flower beds are to be planted, and natural recreation areas are to be created. The square will be decorated with a pond, which will help maintain ecological balance and create a cozy atmosphere.

The project budget is UAH 33 million 65 thousand 113. It is planned to spend UAH 32 million 528 thousand 182 on construction, and UAH 536 thousand 931 on other capital expenditures.
