Mykolaiv has announced an auction for the reconstruction of power lines. The city plans to spend almost thirty million hryvnias from the budget for this purpose.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro electronic public procurement system.

It is planned to reconstruct the OHL-6 kV from Hromadska substation to RP-82 F61221B in the Central district, OHL-6 kV from RP-74 to TP-669 f. 741, f. 747 in the Ingul district, and OHL-6 kV from Sukhyi Fontan substation to RP-11 F686 in the Zavodskyi district.

The customer of the works is JSC Mykolaivoblenergo. The tender is scheduled for February 3, 2025.

UAH 15.2 million is planned for the reconstruction of the first facility, UAH 6.5 million for the second, and UAH 6.9 million for the third. A total of UAH 28.7 million is planned to be spent on the reconstruction.

The selected contractor is to complete the repairs by October 1, 2025. Payment under the contract will be made within 180 days after acceptance of the work.

Bidders are not required to provide a bid security. The participant must provide a certificate of availability of equipment and material and technical base for the works. The equipment, materials and components to be procured for the implementation of the procurement item must fully comply with the technical and dimensional characteristics of the equipment specified in the project documentation.

In addition, the contractor must have a flatbed truck, a vehicle for personnel transportation, cranes on road, a mobile power plant, a welding unit, a hydraulic press, and an electrical high-voltage laboratory.

Recently, Voznesensk Water Supply Company announced a tender for the purchase of electricity worth UAH 18.1 million. The tender was won by Mykolaiv Electricity Supply Company LLC, whose director is currently suspected of facilitating the bribe.

Mykolaiv also plans to build a new heating network. More than three million hryvnias out of the required four hundred have already been allocated for this purpose. It is planned to build an underground main heating network on Pogranichna Street within Korabeliv Street and Marshal Vasilevsky Street.

In addition, we signed an agreement for the supply of electricity for outdoor lighting with a company that has earned more than seven billion hryvnias in tenders over the past seven years. The head of this company has recently been investigated for a large corruption scheme.
