MP's company wins 62-million tender in Odesa without competitors

The Odesa City Council's Road Maintenance Department has held a tender to select a company to pay for the ongoing repair of the road on Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue.

The information was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system, according to the Center for Public Investigations.

It is a section from Kishynivska Street to Akademika Zabolotnoho Street. The area to be repaired is 36.6 thousand square meters. The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special conditions, and Rostdorstroy Limited Liability Company became the only participant and winner of the procurement.

Following the conclusion of the agreements, the company expects to receive UAH 62 million 37 thousand. According to the YouControl service, the final beneficiaries of Rostdorstroy LLC are currently Yuriy Shumacher, a deputy of the Odesa City Council and a representative of Gennadiy Trukhanov's Trust the Deeds party, and businessman Yevhen Konovalov.

In September, the Chornomorsk branch of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority held a tender to select a company to reconstruct a section of Sukholimanska Street in Chornomorsk, Odesa Oblast. The winner of the auction was Rostdorstroy LLC, which offered UAH 63 million 368 thousand 999 for the work, which was one hryvnia cheaper than the closest competitor, Prytetbudinvest LLC.

Earlier, the municipal enterprise "City Roads" chose Rostdorstroy Limited Liability Company as the contractor to restore the road surface after emergency repairs of heating networks in the city.

The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special conditions, and Rostdorstroy was the only participant. The company expects to receive UAH 15 million and will provide services to the utility until December 31.
