MP Oleksandr Haidu Declares ₴ 816K Income, Owns Luxury Assets Despite $10K Savings Drop

Oleksandr Haidu, MP from Mykolaiv region, keeps large sums of money in cash and owns luxury watches, real estate and a car. Despite his considerable wealth, his savings decreased by $10,000 over the year.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Unified Register of Declarations.

The MP earned UAH 816,286 in the Verkhovna Rada. This is more than 113 thousand hryvnias more than last year.

Haidu owns three luxury watches. These are Jaquet Droz, which he bought in 2016 for 621 thousand hryvnias, Omega and Corum Admirals Cup, the cost of which was not specified. The document states that the right to this property was acquired before the submission of the first declaration in accordance with the Law on Prevention of Corruption.

In 2017, the MP purchased a LEXUS LX 570 for UAH 1 million 250 thousand. While from 2022 to 2023, Haidu had the right to use a FORD EDGE, in 2024 it is already using a CHEVROLET VOLT.

In 2022, the MP bought an apartment in Odesa for over UAH 642 thousand. He also owns a 111-square-meter apartment, a residential house and two land plots worth more than 526 thousand. In addition, the MP bought a dacha for 1.5 million in 2021. The official's daughter, Oleksandra, has the right to use this real estate.

The official keeps 168 thousand US dollars, 34 thousand euros, and 15 thousand hryvnias in cash. He has over 47 thousand hryvnias in Pivdennyi Bank. In his financial statements for 2023, the MP declared income of UAH 702 thousand. In addition, he kept 178 thousand US dollars, 34 thousand euros, and 20 thousand hryvnias in cash, and had 72 thousand 60 hryvnias in his bank account.

Compared to the previous year, the amount of savings decreased by 10 thousand dollars and 5 thousand hryvnias.

MP Oleksandr Haidu, a self-nominated candidate from the Servant of the People party in Mykolaiv, began his political career in 2019 after working in management positions. Prior to that, he headed one of the companies associated with Dmytro Firtash and was also the executive director of Vibo-Trans LLC.

And Ihor Negulevskyi bought an apartment in Kyiv, declared income from securities and several hundred thousand in foreign currency. His salary increased by more than 124 thousand hryvnias, and according to his declaration, he keeps 668 hryvnias in PrivatBank, while he has 260 thousand US dollars and 44 thousand euros in cash.

Another MP from Mykolaiv region, Artem Chornomorov, declared hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash and luxury watches, and received more than a million hryvnias in compensation from the state budget for rent.
