People's Deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko has been added to the "Myrotvorets" database. Prior to this, he was expelled from the "European Solidarity" faction due to disagreements over ending the war.

A corresponding profile on the lawmaker has appeared on the “Myrotvorets” website.

On the website, Goncharenko is called a “professional provocateur” and a “political populist.” It also claims that he engages in deliberate, systematic, and intentional actions aimed at demoralizing society and suppressing its will to resist Russian aggression.

In addition, the site refers to actions in the interests of the Russian invaders, which, according to the site’s authors, are aimed at disrupting mobilization efforts in Ukraine.

“Goncharenko proposed negotiating with Russia ‘about everything under the sun’ because Ukraine is losing the war,” the website states.

What statements preceded this

Recently, the MP stated that Ukraine needs to move toward phased agreements with Russia. He proposed negotiating a cessation of strikes on ports, enterprises, schools, hospitals, residential buildings, and bridges.

The lawmaker also suggested easing sanctions against Russia in exchange for an end to long-range strikes and the unblocking of shipping in the Black Sea.

In light of these statements, the“European Solidarity” faction announced on October 5 that it was ending its political cooperation with Goncharenko. The political party explained the decision by citing ideological differences regarding ending the war and Ukraine’s future security architecture.

What is known about “Myrotvorets”

“Myrotvorets” is a Ukrainian non-governmental project established in 2014. The website of the same name publishes information about individuals whose actions the site’s authors view as indicative of crimes against Ukraine’s national security, peace, the security of humanity, and the international legal order.

The “Myrotvorets” Center describes itself as an independent nongovernmental organization and gathers information for its database primarily from open sources. The database is not a state registry, and inclusion in it does not in itself constitute a court ruling or confirmation of a person’s guilt.
