The Kherson City Ritual Service has announced a tender for the purchase of memorial complexes for fallen soldiers buried at the Geologists Cemetery. The expected cost of the purchase is UAH 6 million.
The tender was published in the Prozorro system on January 17. Participants have until January 27 to submit their proposals. On January 28, the winner will be selected in an open bidding format with special features that provide for shorter deadlines for submitting bids and appealing.
We are talking about the purchase of 100 sets of memorial complexes, which will consist of several parts:
According to the technical documentation, all elements of the complex must be made of high-quality black Gabbro granite, which must be free of defects, with a mirror-like shine and uniform color. The inscriptions and the trident on the monument should be clearly visible even in rainy weather, for which they will be covered with special white paint.
The main requirements for the product include the exact dimensions of the parts, manufacturing from Gabbro granite, the accuracy of the inscriptions and trident, as well as compliance with the standards in force in Ukraine.
The monuments should be ready for delivery to the Kherson region by the end of 2025, with delivery to be made in batches within 5 working days after receiving the client's request.
In September 2024, the Kherson funeral service had already announced an identical tender. At that time, its cost was UAH 1.9 million.
Intent has already written that the families of the fallen Kherson defenders received state awards. They were awarded posthumously.
