After four o'clock in the morning on October 7, an oil depot in the temporarily occupied Feodosia was attacked by Ukrainian Armed Forces drones.

This was reported by the Holos Kryma news agency with reference to social media.

The report says that this oil depot is the largest oil storage facility in Crimea. Another such facility is located in the city of Sevastopol. Since both oil storage bases provide fuel to the Russian occupation army, they are targets of combat damage during the Russian-Ukrainian war.

Social media reported that on October 7, several powerful explosions occurred in Feodosia around 4:30 am. An oil depot caught fire.

It is known that the Feodosia oil transshipment terminal is the largest in the occupied Crimea in terms of oil transshipment. There are two such terminals on the peninsula, the second one is located in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol. The oil depot is located on the eastern edge of Feodosia, not far from the village of Beregovo. Its storage capacity is 250 thousand cubic meters.

In March 2024, it was already attacked by drones, and the main fuel transfer pipeline was damaged. The same tank farm was attacked in December and November last year.

Now, due to the fire, the roads near the tank farm are blocked.

The occupation authorities only reported that there was a "fire" at the tank farm. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the attack on the offshore oil terminal in the temporarily occupied Feodosia. A fire was reportedly detected in the area of the facility, and the consequences are being clarified.

Earlier it was reported that around 21:10 on October 4 local time, at least four explosions were heard over the city. The occupation authorities of Kerch had announced military exercises the day before, but local residents posted on social media about the alleged missile threat in Crimea.

Also, on August 22, in the port of Kavkaz (Russia), the Ukrainian Defense Forces (AFU) allegedly hit the Russian railroad ferry Conro Trader with a Neptune missile at 16:30 local time. It was carrying 30 railroad tanks with fuel, each containing fifty tons.
