Odesa City Council approved the formation and allocation of several land plots for scientific institutions, government agencies, sanatoriums, and special security structures. The deputies decided to clarify the boundaries of the sites on the ground and to involve representatives of the institutions to check the documentation.

The relevant decisions were made at a meeting of the Standing Committee on Spatial Development, Land Management and Regulation of Land Relations of the Odesa City Council.

The commission members considered the formation and allocation of a number of land plots with a total area of more than 8 hectares for state and scientific institutions, healthcare facilities and special security structures.

Among the objects under consideration is a 1.1-hectare land plot for the Research Institution of the Ukrainian Scientific Center of Marine Ecology, intended for the construction and maintenance of buildings of scientific institutions. The plot is located in the G3 public zone. The deputies decided to organize a site visit to clarify the actual boundaries and objects on the site.

They also considered a plot of 0.418 hectares for lease to the Small Enterprise of the Special Security Bureau "Vulcan" for residential development. The land is included in the Zh1 and TR-2 estate development zones, and the estimated rent will be 5% of the regulatory monetary value, which is about UAH 369 thousand.

The deputies approved the formation of land plots for the Odesa Regional Council: 0.2557 hectares and the adjacent 0.130 hectares are intended for the construction and maintenance of buildings of state and local authorities.

Another object - the State Enterprise "Odesa Sea Commercial Port" received 1.22 hectares for the placement and operation of buildings and structures of maritime transport, consisting of three parts: 0.0301 hectares, 0.44 hectares and 0.74 hectares. The next commission will be attended by representatives of the port to provide clarifications on the master plan and the area.

Separately, 4.7 hectares were considered for the Topolya Medical Rehabilitation Center of the National Guard of Ukraine. The land is intended for the construction and maintenance of sanatoriums and is located in the G3 sanatorium and training zone, and partially in the TR-2 zone.

The Commission decided to clarify the documents and involve representatives of all institutions to ensure the accuracy of the land plans and avoid possible losses in the future.
