In the village of Kyselivka, Kherson region, it is planned to reconstruct a gymnasium. This village near Chornobaivka was heavily shelled during the occupation.

The search for a contractor was announced by the Chornobaivka village council in the Prozorro system. The budget for the work was set at UAH 100 million 384 thousand. The reconstruction of the Kyselivka gymnasium building will be financed from the local budget, and all work should be completed by the end of December 2025.

Proposals from potential contractors will be accepted until April 28, and the auction is scheduled to take place the next day. The tender is declared "with peculiarities", which means a tight deadline and, presumably, no competition.

According to the tender documents, the contractor is to perform a range of construction and engineering works. In particular, this includes installing floors, waterproofing walls, erecting reinforced concrete structures and carrying out dismantling works. It also includes the installation of doors and windows, a lift for people with disabilities, laying of pipelines for heating, water supply and sewage, installation of power grids and ventilation, as well as an anti-explosive device and fire alarm system. In addition, furniture, including tables and desks, first aid kits, and other equipment needs to be purchased and installed.

Kyselivka is a village in the Kherson region that became an important strategic point during the war. It is located not far from Chornobaivka and is part of the Chornobaivka territorial community. During the occupation, the village was subject to intense shelling by Russian troops. The importance of this settlement for the Armed Forces of Ukraine was high, as its liberation was an important milestone on the way to the de-occupation of other communities. The whole of Ukraine watched the liberation of Kyselivka.

Despite the fact that Kyselivka is already under Ukrainian control, shelling in the village continues, and residents continue to suffer from the destruction.

Intent has already written that construction of a temporary modular town for IDPs has begun in the village of Kyselivka. The contractor was chosen without an auction, and the company is ready to spend UAH 12 million 750 thousand 376 on the work.
