The contract for the construction of the modular town was signed with European Road Construction Company LLC, which is based in Odesa. The documents were signed on January 5. The portal states that the work will be financed from the local budget. A little over UAH 8.3 million will be spent on the construction itself: this includes labor costs, the cost of materials, and the use of construction equipment. Another UAH 1.4 million will be spent on equipment to be installed in the houses.

The Odesa-based company should complete the work by December 25, 2024.

It should be added that at the end of 2023, the above-mentioned company received more than UAH 51 million for the operation of public roads of national importance in the Kherson region. In July 2023, the company earned almost UAH 289 million for the overhaul of the M-14 Odesa-Melitopol-Novoazovsk road between Mykolaiv and Kherson.

The procurement was conducted in the format of open bidding with the peculiarity that Fabrika Smaku Limited Liability Company had no competitors. If the deal is concluded, the company will receive UAH 7.5 million, and will start feeding patients on December 31, 2024.
