The Milivka village council of Kherson region has purchased 10 Czech Sokil SPS100 anti-drone guns.

This became known from the Prozorro procurement system.

The purchase was made without the use of an electronic system. The purchase was financed by the local budget. The cost of one rifle complete with three batteries is UAH 391 thousand, and the total amount is UAH 3 million 910 thousand. The contract was signed on August 15, 2025. The expected delivery period is from August 15 to September 15, with the contractual deadline set at the end of the year.

The Czech Sokil SPS100 rifle is an electronic warfare device designed to block the control and navigation channels of drones. Such devices are used to protect both military and civilian facilities from drone attacks. The developer is the Czech company Fly System Company.

According to the manufacturer, Czech Sokil SPS100 creates radio interference on six channels in the frequency range from 821 MHz to 5.9 GHz. A feature of the device is its ease of use: no additional settings are required to switch bands, just pull the trigger. The manufacturer claims that the gun is effective against several drones simultaneously, and the range reaches 1.5 kilometers.

The gun destabilizes the drone, causing it to fall. The device can operate in jamming mode for up to 30 minutes. It blocks not only control and navigation signals, but also video communication.

On August 18-19, six people were wounded in the Kherson region after an aggressor attack . Russian occupants shelled residential areas in Kherson region. Two multi-storey buildings and 22 private houses were damaged as a result of enemy attacks. A bus and private cars were also damaged. The attacks were aimed at critical and social infrastructure facilities, which led to destruction and damage in the region's settlements.
