In the Odesa region, the head of a district court filed a declaration after resigning

Nader Lima Mahdi, the chair of the Ananyiv District Court in Odesa Oblast, filed a declaration upon her resignation, in which she disclosed her salary.

This information appeared in the Unified State Register of Declarations.

According to the document, the judge reported a salary of 314,158 hryvnias. She received the funds on August 14.

The source of income is listed as the Territorial Office of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in Odesa Oblast.

As reported by Intent, on August 11, the High Council of Justice dismissed Nader Lima Mahdi from her position as a judge of the Ananyiv District Court of Odesa Oblast in connection with her resignation at her own request.

The judge had been working at the Ananyiv District Court since 2017. From July 2021 to July 2022, she was on leave to care for a child who required home care, as indicated by a medical report.

Previously, the judge’s annual financial disclosure statement indicated that on December 10, 2025, she purchased a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E worth 750,000 hryvnias.

That same year, the judge received a monetary gift from her husband in the exact same amount—750,000 hryvnias. The exact date the gift was received is not specified in the declaration.

Oleksandr Traitli, deputy head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, filed a declaration of significant changes in his financial status, indicating his salary for the past six months.

Vitaliy Kim, the former head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, also submitted a declaration covering the past six months.

In addition, it has come to light that Volodymyr Frolenko, a member of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, earned nearly one million hryvnias from land leases. He ranks among the top three largest landowners among his colleagues on the council.
