Alexander Traitli, deputy head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, filed a declaration of changes in his financial status, reporting his salary for the past six months.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations, citing 
 data from the Unified State Register of Declarations.

According to the document, over the past six months, the official earned221,968 hryvnias in salary from his primary place of employment—the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration. He submitted the declaration of changes in his financial status on August 17, 2026.

No other changes in his financial status are indicated in the document. In particular, it does not list any new real estate, vehicles, securities, corporate rights, or other valuable movable property.

 The Center for Public Investigations also reviewed Traitli’s annual declaration for 2025.

For the past year, the official declared 1,327,821 hryvnia in salary received from the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

Among his financial assets, Traitli listed $36,000, 10,000 euros, and 107,549 hryvnias. Of his hryvnia savings, 96,049 hryvnias were held in a PrivatBank account, and he listed another 11,500 hryvnias as cash.

Traitli is registered in Zakarpattia Oblast but actually resides in Mykolaiv. The declaration lists an 83.4-square-meter apartment that he uses. Svitlana Hryhorieva is listed as the owner of the property.

The official also uses a 2015 Volkswagen Passat free of charge, which belongs to Yevhen Heiko.

In his annual declaration, Traitli did not list any corporate rights, securities, financial obligations, expenditures, or legal transactions. He also did not list any family members.

As reported by Intent, Vitaliy Kim, the former head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, who was appointed Minister for Veterans’ Affairs, also recently disclosed his income for the past six months.
