Kim filed his final declaration as head of the Regional State Administration

Vitaliy Kim, the former head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, who was appointed Minister for Veterans Affairs, has disclosed his income for the past six months.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, Vitaliy Kim’s most recent financial disclosure statement as head of the Regional Military Administration was published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

  According to the declaration, over the past six months, the official earned 2,195,000 hryvnias as head of the Regional Military Administration and received an additional 273,000 hryvnias in rent. Hiswifeearned 6,929,700 hryvnias over the past six months from her business and 62,000 hryvnias in salary from the limited liability company “Myslyvets Mykolaiv.”

The family’s vehicle fleet remained unchanged: they own two cars—a 2015 Mercedes-Benz E200—and lease a 2024 Volkswagen Touareg R-Line Platinum.  Their real estate holdings also remained unchanged—five apartments and one non-residential property owned by Vitalii Kim himself, and one apartment owned by his wife, Yulia.

He has $67,000 and 3,120,000 hryvnias in cash, and 354,700 hryvnias and 74,000 euros in bank accounts. His wife has 9 million hryvnias and $28,600 in cash, and she has 67,900 euros and 486,000 hryvnias in bank accounts.  

In July, Vitaliy Kim, the former head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, filedhisfirstdeclarationin his new capacity as Minister for Veterans’ Affairs. He declared 928,800 hryvnias, which he had received since the beginning of the year prior to his appointment as minister. Vitaliy Kim was dismissed from his post on July 16. On the same day, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the new composition of the Cabinet of Ministers, in which Vitaliy Kim was appointed Minister for Veterans’ Affairs. 

The Center for Public Investigationsalso examined Vitaliy Kim’s annual declaration for 2025, in which he listed several properties in Mykolaiv.
