In the Odesa region, the enemy shelled food warehouses

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Overnight, the occupiers shelled the Odesa region. The enemy struck warehouses where food supplies for the local population were stored.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>This was reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration. </span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Three people were injured as a result of the shelling. A large-scale fire broke out at the site of the attack, which has already been extinguished. The injured are receiving all necessary assistance.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

On August 29, in the Odesa region, a hostile strike caused eight grain-laden trucks to catch fire. Five trucks were completely destroyed by the fire, and three were damaged. One person died as a result of the shelling. Three others were injured. Dry grass caught fire at the scene.

On August 28, due to Russian attacks,trainsto and from Odesa were delayed by more than eight hours. Ukrzaliznytsia opened paid waiting rooms free of charge for those waiting for their trains. 

On August 23, in the Odesa region, a Russian attack drone struckthe locomotiveof passenger train No. 147 traveling from Zhytomyr to Odesa. Before the attack, Ukrzaliznytsia’s monitoring team issued an evacuation order in advance, and the train was urgently stopped on the tracks.

Also in August in the Odesa region,the locomotivecrew was killed instantly when a passenger train was struck by a precision-guided missile; passengers and the train crew were evacuated. The strike occurred just as the train was pulling into the station to safely evacuate passengers. The locomotive crew did not have enough time to come to a complete stop and evacuate on their own.
