The Executive Committee of the Bashtanka City Council approved a revised version of the list of capital expenditures in the community budget for 2026. The total amount of capital expenditures following the changes will be 50,577,347 hryvnias.

This was discussed during a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Bashtanka City Council.

Capital expenditures were increased by 683,959 hryvnias. In particular, additional funds were allocated for several areas.

23,000 hryvnias will be allocated for the purchase of a printer for the Bashtanka Multidisciplinary Hospital. As noted during the meeting, these funds come from the deputies’ budget.

Another 500,000 hryvnias were allocated for the development of urban planning documentation—a detailed site plan for the location of a wastewater treatment plant.

Additionally, 138,300 hryvnias were added to capital expenditures for equipment for the lyceum’s cafeteria, and 229,259,000 hryvnias were allocated for the purchase of an exercise bike for the city cultural center.

Separately, the executive committee made changes to the unified project portfolio of public investments for the Bashtanka City Territorial Community for 2026.

It now includes an education project —providing general secondary schools with teaching materials and equipment as part of the “New Ukrainian School” reform. The documents also updated the name of this project to “Creation of an Educational Space as Part of the ‘New Ukrainian School’ Reform in the Bashtanka Territorial Community of Mykolaiv Oblast.”

Two other projects concern the Bashtanka Multidisciplinary Hospital. These are:

The corresponding changes were also made in the DREAM system, and the projects were included in the community’s unified public investment portfolio with updated codes
