In Odesa, nearly 3.9 hectares of land were transferred to municipal enterprises for permanent use. The plots are located on Nezhdanova Street and in other parts of the city.
The relevant orders were signed by Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration.
The largest plot— 2.53 hectares — was granted to the municipal enterprise “Specialized Utility and Consumer Services” at 115 Nezhdanova Street.
Three additional small land plots at the same address—measuring 0.0003, 0.0013, and 0.0016 hectares— were also transferred to this same enterprise. These plots are classified as land for historical and cultural purposes, and their designated use has been defined as “for other historical and cultural purposes.” The total area of these three plots is 0.0032 hectares.
The municipal enterprise “City Roads” received 1.34 hectares of land for permanent use. Its intended purpose is for the placement and operation of the enterprise’s buildings and structures.
The enterprises must register their right to permanent use of the land and, within two months, resolve issues regarding green spaces on the plots.
Serhiy Krasilenko, deputy head of the Odesa City Administration, has been tasked with overseeing the implementation of all three orders.
As previously reported by Intent, three municipal educational institutions in Odesa received land plots for permanent use. These are Elementary School No. 54, Gymnasium No. 25, and Kindergarten No. 3.
