In Odesa, three public educational institutions received land plots for permanent use. These are Elementary School No. 54, Gymnasium No. 25, and Preschool No. 3.

The corresponding order was signed byOlga Lozova, deputy head of the Odesa City Military Administration.

The largest plot, measuring 1.9340 hectares, was allocated to Odesa Gymnasium No. 25 at 23B Akademika Filatova Street. Elementary School No. 54 received 1.1047 hectares for permanent use at 58a Yevgeniya Tantsyura Street.

Another plot, measuring 0.0744 hectares at 19 Myasoedovska Street, was allocated to Kindergarten No. 3.

All three plots are designated for the construction and maintenance of educational facilities. The transfer of land for permanent use does not imply a change in ownership—the plots remain in municipal ownership, and the educational institutions are granted the right to use them.

The institutions must also register their right to permanent use of the land.

In addition, within two months, they must either enter into a conservation agreement with the municipal enterprise“Miskzelentrest” regarding green spaces or provide information confirming that no such green spaces exist.

Meanwhile, the Odesa City Council successfully sued Transregioninvest-Ukraine LLC to recover over 6 million hryvnias in arrears for land rent on Primorska Street.

The Commercial Court also granted the claim filed by the Khadzhibey District Prosecutor’s Office of Odesa and terminated the land lease agreement concluded between the city and the limited liability company.
