In Mykolaiv, the court canceled the repeated mobilization of a previously unfit

The Mykolaiv District Administrative Court has declared unlawful the actions of the territorial recruitment center to restore a man to the military register after he had previously been officially excluded as unfit for service.

As Intent has learned from the decision of April 28, 2026, in case No. 400/14083/25, the court partially satisfied the citizen's claim.

The court found that back in 2015, the plaintiff was declared unfit for military service and removed from the military register. At the same time, in 2024, he was re-entered into the register of persons liable for military service and was even referred to a military medical commission, which found him fit.

However, the court concluded that the law does not provide for the possibility of re-registering persons who have already been excluded from the register for health reasons. Such citizens lose the status of persons liable for military service, and therefore cannot be mobilized again without legal grounds.

In addition, the court ruled that it was illegal to enter data on the plaintiff's alleged violation of military registration rules into the register.

As a result, the court ordered the relevant authorities to:

At the same time, the court dismissed the plaintiff's other claims.

As a reminder, in Mykolaiv, the SBU exposed a man who administered a closed Telegram community to coordinate mobilization evasion. He not only distributed the locations of the military training centers, but also created instructions on how to counteract the military.

Also in March, in Mykolaiv, a member of the CCC was exposed who promised to "solve the issue" with military registration for money. According to the investigation, he tried to organize the illegal removal of a man from the wanted list by falsifying data in the register.
