In Mykolaiv, the SBU exposed a man who administered a closed Telegram community to coordinate mobilization evasion. He not only distributed the locations of the military training centers, but also created instructions on how to counteract the military.

This is stated in the decision of the Central District Court of Mykolaiv.

According to the investigation, the man joined the administration of a closed telegram community created to promptly inform about the actions of territorial recruitment and social support centers. He was given moderator rights, which allowed him to manage content, control participants, delete messages and actually coordinate the work of the group.

Investigators found that the suspect was aware that his activities were taking place in a full-scale war and directly affected mobilization. Nevertheless, he systematically disseminated information about the places, times and routes of movement of TCC representatives in different districts of Mykolaiv - from Korabelne to Tsentralnyi.

The messages he published under a pseudonym described in detail the locations of patrols, transport, and warnings to the group members about inspections. Some posts contained analytics of the TCC's movements based on map and video data, which actually helped to avoid the delivery of summonses.

One of the key episodes was the publication of the so-called "resistance methodology". The document, which was distributed among the participants, contained detailed instructions on how to resist the TCC employees.

In particular, it was proposed to gather people en masse to block the actions of the military, exert psychological pressure, obstruct the movement of transport, try to physically repel the mobilized, use special means, including gas canisters, and damage transport.

The man has now been served a notice of suspicion, and the court has remanded him in custody until June 6, 2026. The sanction of the article provides for five to eight years in prison. Law enforcement officers are identifying other persons involved in the creation and administration of this network, as well as the circle of participants who could have coordinated actions to disrupt the mobilization.

Also in March, in Mykolaiv, a TCC serviceman was exposed who promised to "solve the problem" with military registration in exchange for money. According to the investigation, he tried to organize the illegal removal of a man from the wanted list by falsifying data in the register.
